Tierra Roja is intrinsically healing and soothing to the body and spirit is made from the purest Premium Montmorillonite Red Clay, one of nature’s most potent negatively charged natural, ionic substances. 

Normal use: for most uses as a relaxation bath and for hydrotherapy health maintenance, use 1 cup of Tierra Roja in a full tub of very warm water. The water should be over 37 degrees, and as warm as you can comfortably take for about  half an hour.

Ingredient: Red Montmorillonite Clay.
